Finally got to try the lamb hot pot I’ve been craving in Orlando! This place is so popular among the Chinese community that the server immediately asked if we were here for the lamb hot pot as soon as we walked in 🥹 🍲 The broth is sweet and savory with distinct Vietnamese flavors – though I suspect there’s a good amount of MSG in it. The hot pot uses skin-on lamb – tender, not too gamey, and super bouncy with generous chunks of meat!
