8/5/25: Saigon Noodle & Bistro Vietnamese restaurant is one of my family's favorite restaurant in Florida. Their customer service is always friendly. The restaurant atmosphere is very welcoming, clean, and kid-friendly. This restaurant is very popular and well known for their authentic Vietnamese cuisines and especially their unique lẩu dê (goat hot pot) among the Vietnamese community.
Notes on cuisines I have tried: Lẩu Dê / Goat Hot Pot: The goat meat is tender. Their herbal broth has a unique flavor. This hot broth contains lotus roots, taro, edible rape (cải xanh), goji berries, rice paddy herb, perilla, and other spices served with thin egg noodle.
Gân Bò Xào Sả Tế - Stir Fry Beef Tendon with Lemongrass Chili Oil Sauce: The name doesn't sound appealing but the taste was. My friend recommended this dish and I was glad I tried it. Definitely ordering this again next time. Beef tendons are cooked to a perfection stage of tenderness but not too mushy soft.
Chạo tôm / Fried Shrimp Paste - It's made from scratch in their kitchen. (I asked to make sure before I order this appetizer because there are restaurants that actually buys the frozen packaged imported chạo tôm that we can easily buy from the Vietnamese markets for a fraction of the cost.) My friend, little man, and I really enjoyed eating the restaurant-made chạo tôm here. Roll it with rice paper, cucumber, lettuce, and Thai basil, and dipped into Vietnamese sweet and sour fish sauce completes it.
Durian smoothie - They use fresh durian to make this. Avocado smoothie - They used fresh rich and creamy avocado to make this.
Hủ tiếu with wontons: I enjoyed the hearty bowl of hủ tiếu here.
Porkchops with rice / cơm sườn: pork chop is on the leaner and dryer side but not too dry. My daughter enjoyed the pork chop while the little man complained it's too dry amd chewy. I like the pork chop marinade.
H7 Phở - Ummm....My husband said he likes it. I have no comment. I am a meatlover and prefer to cook my own homemade pho and splurge myself with lots of soft tendons and oxtail and meatballs for my kids with homemade-from-scratch pho noodle.
Gổi Vịt / Duck Salad - traditional steamed chopped duck with bones-in with pickled shrimped cabbage, onions, Vietnamese coriander (rau râm) served with spicy sweet and sour fish sauce. I like Vietnamese duck salad. This place makes it okay. Their duck meat texture although on a slightly chewy/lightly dry side and can be a hit or miss on some days. My two little foodies were still able to chew and swallow some parts of the duck so it can't be "bad".
Soymilk - comes straight from the canned soymilk. So don't bring that made-from-scratch-soymilk expectation here.
Phở áp chảo / pan fried phở noodles topped with stir fried seafood and vegetables served on top was a disappointment. I took two bites and my belly felt bloated. This is one of my favorite Vietnamese cuisine I do not know how to cook at home yet. My favorite place that makes this is in Texas. The chef would pan fried wide pho noodles to have a crispy texture on the outside but soft inside yet without having oil drenched and penetrated into the pho noodles. If you like the fried, drenched-with-oil taste of fried pho noodle here, go for it. I have a friend that likes this here. Unfortunately, my...

From the moment we walked into Saigon Noodle & Bistro, we were hooked. The warm, family-oriented atmosphere made us feel right at home, and we could see that many friends and families were enjoying their meals, a true sign of a great local spot. The service? Hands down, the best we’ve ever experienced in all our years of dining out. You could feel the genuine care they have for their customers—everyone from the host to the staff was incredibly attentive, and it almost seemed like we met every single person who worked there. The entire team operates like a well-oiled machine, ensuring every guest is happy and well taken care of.
Now, the food—wow. Absolutely delicious, packed with flavor, and a real treat for the taste buds. We started with the Saigon BBQ pork spring rolls, which were so heavenly that we ordered another batch to go before leaving, switching it up with beef just to see if we were missing anything. The beef was fantastic, but if we had to choose, the pork was our absolute favorite—it was just that good!
For the main courses, we had the stir-fried shrimp and chicken combo rice platter, the beef noodle pho soup, and a new drink we highly recommend—a salted ice coffee topped with cream. Trust us, it's a game-changer. We were so impressed by the drink that I almost had to limit myself to just one—such a treat!
If you’re in the area, make sure you check out Saigon Noodle & Bistro. Not only will the food exceed your expectations, but the service will make you feel like part of the family. This is definitely a gem we will be...
Read moreI ordered goat hotpot, tons of MSG. I firstly asked if they have MSG then the staff told me yes they do have. I guess if you don’t ask, you never know. But I am fine with it.
I waited long time after finishing my meal to get my check, so I went to front desk to check out. I still have half hotpot left and the waiter just threw all without asking me. When I am back after checking out, they told me they already threw out my food.
I asked for 20% discounts with is so fair, they said ok will refund. Now 3 weeks passed, no refund seen on my accounts.
So far, food, service, honest all 1/5.
If you want to go, think twice.
2nd Edition: Thank you for the reply, I double checked my bank and I do received your refund. Sorry for getting that info wrong.
I adjusted my rating to 3 stars from 1 star. I still think as a restaurant, you should encourage customer to take left over home instead of just dumping all the food. I know maybe this is just a business to you, but I can't really enjoy restaurant are not respecting the food ingredient and waste them.
I also can't agree MSG should be a norm in soup based restaurant. Your food tbh is okay, but using MSG is not authentic enough. Especially the Amount of MSG in your soup...
