🇺🇸 Philadelphia|My Favorite Cantonese Dim Sum Cart Spot 🥢
I loved this dim sum place back when I was studying in Philly. Even after living in NYC (excluding Flushing), I still crave it — Philly and nearby friends, don’t miss it! This is classic cart-style dim sum — make eye contact with the food and the aunties will eagerly roll the carts over. You can also order à la carte. 🌟🌟🌟 Must-tries: – Shrimp Siu Mai (thin skin, big filling) – Beef Tripe (generous portion, not gamey) – Egg Tarts (always order, never disappoint) – Taro Buns (slightly oily but delicious taro filling) – Char Siu Bao & Fried Taro Dumplings are also great. 🌟🌟 New discoveries this time: – Teochew Dumplings – Chewy skin with different fillings (veggie+shrimp & peanut+pork — both good!) – Bean Curd Rolls – Loaded with shrimp. – Chicken Feet, Spareribs, Beef Short Ribs – All reliably tasty. ☑️ Just okay: Their rice noodle rolls – decent filling but a bit bland. Right next door is Great World Supermarket, perfect for grocery shopping after eating. There's also a newly opened Mong Kok Bakery nearby — so jealous of the locals! Hope you enjoy your meal too! 🥡 🍴 China Gourmet 💰 ~$20–40 per person (super affordable compared to downtown) 📍 2842 St Vincent St, Philadelphia, PA 19149 #CantoneseFood #Philly #NewJersey #DimSum #YumCha
