🇺🇸 Philadelphia|Southeast Asian Food Lovers, Don’t Miss This Spot!
When I was studying in Philly, a Vietnamese friend recommended this restaurant — said it’s a great alternative to Mawn. Could never get a reservation back then, but this time, thanks to a friend’s persistence, we finally tried it! Great experience overall — friendly staff, cozy vibe perfect for small groups, and the food was delicious with solid value. 🌟 Savory Crepe – Like a giant taco! Crispy corn shell filled with bean sprouts, shrimp, pork, and veggies. Served with fresh herbs and sauce — light, crunchy, not greasy. Great for sharing — recommended. 🌟 Shrimp & Mango Salad – Exactly what you’d expect — tangy, sweet, classic Southeast Asian flavors. 🌟 Shaken Beef – Super tender beef with crushed nuts — sweet, salty, spicy, sour all in one. Really enjoyed it. ✅ Seafood Fried Rice – Fresh crab and shrimp, a bit oily but not overly seasoned. I prefer drier fried rice, but still tasty. ✅ Soft Shell Crab – Coated in salted egg yolk, fried, and stir-fried with bell peppers and onions. A bit too oily for me — not my top pick. 🍸 Cocktails – The drink menu has cool Asian twists — creative and tasty. Tried these with no regrets: – Pandan Martini – Vietnam Coffee Martini – Ube Martini After dinner, stroll around East Passyunk — pretty lights at night, cute bars to pop into (stay safe though!). 🍴 Gabriella’s Vietnam 📍 1837 E Passyunk Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19148 💰 ~$30–50 per person #Philly #PhillyEats #VietnameseFood #SoutheastAsianCuisine #CocktailMenu #ExplorePhilly 🥢🍹
