πΊπΈ Philly Japanese Food | Sweet Uni & Tuna That Made My Day! π₯’
I donβt often eat Japanese food in Philly, but recently I struck gold β not once, but twice! β¨ Here are two great spots for sushi and sashimi lovers. Both offer omakase (reserve ahead), but I went Γ la carte to try exactly what I craved π π Shiso Noodle and Sushi Bar π£ Tuna Tasting β A must-order! You get three cuts: otoro, chutoro, and akami β beautifully marbled, rich, and only $35! Way better than their A5 Wagyu ($65), which came with a few bok choy leaves π π¦ͺ Fresh Oysters β Delicious starter! π Uni β Sweet, fresh, and creamy. π Premium Chefβs Choice Sushi β 9 pieces (or 18 for two). We ordered almost everything we wanted and spent around $150 per person β almost omakase-level, but so worth it! π Royal Sushi & Izakaya A popular izakaya-style spot with moody lighting. We went with 5 people and tried almost the whole menu! β Wagyu Zabuton Steak β Tender and flavorful. π Sashimi Deluxe β Fresh and beautifully presented. π¦ Duck Dish β Surprisingly delicious! π Uni Rice Bowl β A creamy, dreamy bowl of joy. π‘ Walk-in only for the izakaya. Omakase is $300 per person (including service fee) β a luxurious experience! With a group, you can enjoy a full meal for around $60β70 per person. #StudyAbroadLife #FoodieNoCompromise #UniLover #YakitoriFan #Omakase #JapaneseFood #PhillyEats #InternationalStudentEats #ChineseFriendlyFood #ImmersiveDining
