🇺🇸 Road Trip Adventure|90-Mile Lakeside Journey to Milwaukee 🗺️

Chicago and Milwaukee are two major cities in the Midwest, about 90 miles apart — just a 1.5-hour drive! 🚗💨 (Fun fact: the U.S. uses miles, Canada uses kilometers!) 🚘 Driving Route: Take I-94 North. Smooth and scenic — approximately 1.5 hours. 🌈 Must-Visit Spots: ✔️ Milwaukee Art Museum 🏛️ The building itself is an architectural landmark. Houses an impressive art collection. ✔️ Milwaukee Public Market 🦞🍻 Full of local food vendors — a great place to taste regional specialties. Don’t miss the lobster roll and local beer! ✔️ Harley-Davidson Museum 🏍️ Explore the history and classic models of this iconic motorcycle brand. ✔️ Milwaukee Lakefront 🌊 Located along Lake Michigan with beautiful trails, parks, and beaches — perfect for a relaxing stroll. ✔️ Historic Third Ward 🎨🛍️ A charming arts district with galleries, boutiques, and delicious restaurants. 🏨 Accommodation: Stayed at The Dubbel Dutch — looked unique and retro online 🏨, but reality was a bit underwhelming (maybe due to ongoing construction 🚧). Didn’t get to check out the rooftop bar. Parking was convenient but cost $35 extra. 🥘 Local Food: The lobster roll at the Public Market is a must-try! Waited about 10-15 minutes — not too bad. The staff was friendly ❤️‍🔥. Also offers sushi, desserts, and more — worth exploring! 🌃 Evening Views: Even though we were short on time, we did a quick city walk and saw the art museum with its wings closed — still stunning! Looks very different day vs. night. #Milwaukee #Chicago #MilwaukeeGuide #MilwaukeeFood #TravelWisconsin #ChicagoRoadTrip
