📍 Dinosaur BBQ (Multiple locations in Upstate NY — Buffalo, Syracuse & of course, ROC!✨) This place is a Rochester ICON 🏆 — every time I come back to town, two things are non-negotiable: eating at Dinosaur BBQ and shopping at Wegmans. And honestly? ROC’s Wegmans >>> DMV’s. Plus you can even snap a Wang Leehom photo there! 😉 Their smoked pork ribs are LEGENDARY — tender, smoky, and never dry. Honestly the best I’ve ever had. 🤤 Sides vary by location — was hoping for BBQ rice but no luck this time. The BBQ beans were sweet and tasty, and the tomato-cucumber salad was super refreshing — perfect balance! The Nachos 🌮 are a must-order for groups — crispy chips topped with pulled pork, tomatoes, pickles, and more. So flavorful! Also tried the Dino Poutine 🍟 — might be new? Fries smothered in gravy and pulled pork… finished the whole plate, no shame! The sausage was just okay (and kinda small 😅), but the BRISKET — melt-in-your-mouth, juicy perfection. No joke.
