For better vibes, ask for the bar seats! 🍶 2️⃣ Wegmans Quality Part of the Wegmans family – ingredients come fresh from their farms. 🥬🐟 👨🍳 Fun fact: A skilled Japanese chef takes over the kitchen on Thursdays! 3️⃣ Not “Authentic” But Quality More upscale sushi than traditional Japanese – but fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully served. 4️⃣ What We Ordered Special: Black Cod – Buttery, delicate, and super fresh! 🤍 Next Door Signature Box – My mom said it was just okay (not her favorite), but the miso salmon was perfectly cooked – tender and flaky! 5️⃣ Order Smarter For two people, try dishes like the ones in my mom’s previous order (see pic 12!) – better variety and value. 6️⃣ Drink Pairings 🥂 White wine (NZ one – light and crisp) Or go for sake!
