Heard that this ramen spot has Michelin ties, and in other states, people line up for 1–2 hours just to get in! I immediately dragged my husband to check it out. We arrived half an hour before closing and still had to wait in a short line. The interior is stylish and upscale, with a mostly white clientele. Signature Ramen 🍜 29 & 26 I’ve never had ramen this expensive before. The noodles are definitely hand-pulled—chewy and satisfying. The broth is incredibly rich and thick, but it gets really heavy after a while. Side Dish: Fried Chicken 💰 $16 Highly recommended by the server, but we regretted it—just average. It’s basically ordinary fried chicken, and the portion is quite small. Overall, the flavor is good and tasty, but not worth the 29or26 price tag. Even now, thinking about it hurts my wallet a little 🥲.
