🇺🇸 Salt Lake City|Downtown Japanese Bar 🍶✨
A newly opened restaurant—I spent some time here before a show. It’s quite beautiful! Located in the prime downtown area of Salt Lake City. The prices are on the higher side, but the quality doesn’t quite match. 💸😕 Japanese Grilled Skewers 🍖 Yakitori Tried the beef and chicken skewers—just okay. Beef and shiitake skewers with sweet soy flavor; chicken and scallion skewers with salt seasoning. Hanabi 🍣 ❌ Not recommended. The base "Rice Crispy" (similar to Shanghai’s crispy rice cake) wasn’t crispy—it was chewy, sticky, and tasted like it had been fried long ago and turned soggy. Miso Cod 🍲 One-dimensional sweet miso flavor. The more you eat, the sweeter it gets—but don’t worry, it’s gone in just a few bites. The sushi chef is a young Latin American guy, so I didn’t order sushi—didn’t feel too professional. 🍣👨🍳 🅿️ Parking: Convenient public parking available. Cost: ~$70 per person Ambience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Beautiful but overpriced!)
