A newly opened restaurant—I spent some time here before a show. It’s quite beautiful! Located in the prime downtown area of Salt Lake City. The prices are on the higher side, but the quality doesn’t quite match. 💸😕 ​​Japanese Grilled Skewers 🍖 Yakitori​​ Tried the beef and chicken skewers—just okay. Beef and shiitake skewers with sweet soy flavor; chicken and scallion skewers with salt seasoning. ​​Hanabi 🍣​​ ❌ Not recommended. The base "Rice Crispy" (similar to Shanghai’s crispy rice cake) wasn’t crispy—it was chewy, sticky, and tasted like it had been fried long ago and turned soggy. ​​Miso Cod 🍲​​ One-dimensional sweet miso flavor. The more you eat, the sweeter it gets—but don’t worry, it’s gone in just a few bites.
