🇺🇸 Salt Lake City|Hidden Gem Italian Restaurant in the Streets 🔝

This place is on my daily commute home from work—I was instantly captivated the first time I passed by! The decor and ambiance are impeccable, totally my style! 🏙️❤️ 🇮🇹 Let’s start with my favorite—pizza! I ordered the Three Fungh Guys, and it’s been a long time since I’ve had a pizza that perfectly matched my taste. Thin crust, savory mushrooms paired with sweet onions, and the cheese was incredibly smooth. It genuinely amazed me and brought so much happiness! 🍄🧅🧀🥰 🇮🇹 For pasta, I tried the Spaghetti Primavera—completely vegetarian but incredibly delicious. The sauce wasn’t heavy at all, and the portion was generous. I tried the pasta first and would rate it 💯, but then I tried the pizza and felt it was beyond 💯 lol! 🍝✨ 🇮🇹 For dessert, I had the Semifreddo Affogato—an ice cream cake served chilled with fruits and frozen hazelnut sauce. So tasty with rich layers of flavor! 😋🍰 Everything I ordered was vegetarian, and all were delicious! I saw other tables having shrimp pasta and meat sauce pasta—both looked incredibly aromatic and authentic. Highly recommended! The portions are huge, and my order + 18% tip came to just $60—great value for money! 💸👍 I recently revisited and want to add more highlights: 🇮🇹 Beef Carpaccio: The beef was thinly sliced and super tender. Paired with cheese and sauce, it created multiple layers of flavor in the mouth—so delicious! 🥩🍋 🇮🇹 Cocktails: I wanted to try the Horchata Latte, but they were missing an ingredient (I couldn’t hear clearly, probably the essential espresso lol). It tasted like milk tea + vodka—surprisingly harmonious though! The Painkiller had a pineapple flavor—sweet, tangy, and very refreshing! 🍍🍹 This restaurant is truly my biggest surprise this year after Zuma in Vegas. The taste and quality exceeded expectations, and the vibe is absolutely perfect. If you’re in Salt Lake City and don’t try this place, I’ll be heartbroken! 🤓 Restaurant: Salt & Olive Address: 270 S 300 E, Salt Lake City, UT 84111 #WeekendFoodExplore #DiscoverWithMe #HiddenRestaurant #GemEatery #SaltLakeCity #Utah #ItalianCuisine #FoodieFavorites #MustTry #LocalLove #DiningExperience #FoodReview #AtmosphereGoals #BudgetFriendlyLuxury
