This place is my absolute favorite—no competition! Highly recommended for birthdays or anniversaries. I chose this restaurant for its stunning surroundings. It’s nestled in Millcreek Canyon, requiring a short drive up a scenic mountain road. Strongly recommend sitting on the patio—dining facing a small waterfall and lush forest is unforgettable! 🌲💦 For appetizers, we had the crab cake and tuna tartare. The crab cake is packed with generous chunks of crab—every bite feels substantial. The tuna tartare is genius: crispy wafers on top and bottom, fresh tuna in the middle, and avocado sauce at the base. Each bite offers rich layers of flavor and texture—way better than any single ingredient alone. The chef’s creativity is impressive! 🥑🐟 Mains: Elk and Halibut. I especially loved the baby carrots in the elk dish. The halibut was seared perfectly—crispy outside, tender inside—though I realized I’m not the biggest fan of this fish 😔. Dessert: Frozen Coconut Banana Soufflé—a must-order!
