๐บ๐ธ Salt Lake City Ramen | Koyote Ramen ๐โจ
Tried Koyote Ramen in Salt Lake City โ and it was a delicious surprise! ๐ Tantan Ramen The broth is super rich and flavorful! A bit on the salty side for me, but the noodles were nice and chewy. I personally prefer softer noodles, but overall โ a solid 8/10! ๐ Classic Ramen The tonkotsu flavor is strong and authentic. Noodles are slightly different from the Tantan style, still pleasantly chewy. The pork flavor was a bit intense for my taste โ 7/10. ๐ฎ Purin (Caramel Pudding) The caramel had a slight bitterness, not too sweet โ 7/10. ๐ต Ube Matcha Latte Highly recommend! The ube and matcha blend beautifully โ not overly sweet, very well-balanced. ๐ฎ The interior is beautifully designed โ very Japanese-inspired, especially with the evening lighting. (So sad I forgot to take photos ๐ญ) โณ Went around 8 PM on a Friday โ place was busy! Wait was about 10 minutes. โ Verdict: Definitely recommend, especially if you love rich, bold ramen! ๐ Update โ Second Visit: Tried new items: Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles) ๐ Hamburger Steak Rice Bowl ๐ Miso Soup ๐ฅฃ All three were too salty ๐ฅ Also ordered Lettuce Wrap with Pork Belly โ the pork came out cold, and the cold fat was unappetizing. I asked the server to heat it up โ it was better, but seasoning depends on the dipping sauce. Avoid these dishes ๐ฃ #KoyoteRamen #SLCFood #RamenLovers #UtahEats #FoodReview
