๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Salt Lake City Ramen | Koyote Ramen ๐Ÿœโœจ

Tried Koyote Ramen in Salt Lake City โ€” and it was a delicious surprise! ๐Ÿœ Tantan Ramen The broth is super rich and flavorful! A bit on the salty side for me, but the noodles were nice and chewy. I personally prefer softer noodles, but overall โ€” a solid 8/10! ๐Ÿœ Classic Ramen The tonkotsu flavor is strong and authentic. Noodles are slightly different from the Tantan style, still pleasantly chewy. The pork flavor was a bit intense for my taste โ€” 7/10. ๐Ÿฎ Purin (Caramel Pudding) The caramel had a slight bitterness, not too sweet โ€” 7/10. ๐Ÿต Ube Matcha Latte Highly recommend! The ube and matcha blend beautifully โ€” not overly sweet, very well-balanced. ๐Ÿฎ The interior is beautifully designed โ€” very Japanese-inspired, especially with the evening lighting. (So sad I forgot to take photos ๐Ÿ˜ญ) โณ Went around 8 PM on a Friday โ€” place was busy! Wait was about 10 minutes. โœ… Verdict: Definitely recommend, especially if you love rich, bold ramen! ๐Ÿ”„ Update โ€“ Second Visit: Tried new items: Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles) ๐Ÿ Hamburger Steak Rice Bowl ๐Ÿš Miso Soup ๐Ÿฅฃ All three were too salty ๐Ÿ˜ฅ Also ordered Lettuce Wrap with Pork Belly โ€” the pork came out cold, and the cold fat was unappetizing. I asked the server to heat it up โ€” it was better, but seasoning depends on the dipping sauce. Avoid these dishes ๐Ÿ’ฃ #KoyoteRamen #SLCFood #RamenLovers #UtahEats #FoodReview
