๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ San Antonio, Texas | Tried a New Chinese Spot & It's Delicious!

We visited a recently opened Chinese restaurant in San Antonio this weekend, and it did not disappoint! ๐Ÿ‘ The interior is stylish, and though the portions arenโ€™t huge, the flavors totally won us over. Sharing our thoughts with yโ€™all! ๐ŸŒŸ Yu Xiang Rou Si (Shredded Pork in Garlic Sauce) This dish looked as good as it tasted ๐Ÿ˜†! Sweet, tangy, and a little spicy. The pork was tender, and it came with wood ear mushrooms and carrot strips โ€” perfect with rice! ๐Ÿคค I devoured a whole bowl of rice because of this ๐Ÿš๐Ÿ˜„. ๐ŸŒŸ Shui Zhu Yu Pian (Boiled Fish Fillets in Spicy Broth) It looked intimidatingly red ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ, but the spice level was actually mild and super fragrant ๐Ÿ˜ฎ. The fish was silky smooth, not fishy at all, and melted in your mouth. The only surprise? Lots of cucumber strips at the bottom ๐Ÿ˜…. Looks big but the fish portion could be bigger! ๐ŸŒŸ Xiang Guo Ji (Dry Pot Chicken) The spiciest of the three ๐Ÿ˜„ โ€” but so flavorful and addictive! The chicken was crispy on the outside, tender inside, and stir-fried with dried chilies and aromatic spices. Loaded with lotus root, potato, wood ear mushrooms, and bell peppersโ€ฆ the wok aroma was on point! ๐Ÿ‘ Overall, we really enjoyed our meal ๐Ÿ˜Œ. Itโ€™s great to see more authentic Chinese options opening in San Antonio! If youโ€™re around, give it a try ~ ๐Ÿ“ Pingโ€™s Sichuan Kitchen #SanAntonioEats #ChineseFood #SichuanCuisine #TexasFoodie #NewRestaurantAlert #SpicyLovers
