πΊπΈ San Antonio: A Charming Town for Relaxation & Sightseeing π³
I managed to squeeze in some sightseeing between conference sessions in this border city, where Hispanic cultural influences are vividly present π΅. The most convenient area is definitely the River Walk in downtown ποΈ - lined with restaurants and buzzing with energy at night ππ½οΈ. Though touristy, it feels safe and lively. Nearby you'll find the Alamo and San Fernando Cathedral βͺοΈ. The cathedral offers a light show at 9 PM (not daily though!) that narrates the city's history - totally worth seeing ππ«. If you have a car, head south to explore the Spanish missions πποΈ. My friend and I visited three - each has a still-active church with beautifully aged architecture, perfect for photos πΈ. To the north, don't miss the Natural Bridge Caverns π³οΈπ. The caves are spectacular - photos can't capture their real grandeur! Though it's $37 per person, it's absolutely worth it. #SanAntonio #RiverWalk #TexasTravel #Alamo #Missions #Caverns #TravelUSA #HispanicCulture
