We started from Calabasas (near LA)—just about a 1-hour drive! Passed through Camarillo ( cute European-style downtown + outlets 🛍️). ⛪️ Old Mission Santa Barbara 🎫 $25 | Hours: 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM Honest take: Unless you’re religious, skip the ticket—just snap photos outside! 📸 The rose garden across the street is perfect for picnics and photos 🌹🧺 🏛️ Santa Barbara County Courthouse 🎫 Free | Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (closed weekends!) Stunning Spanish architecture + panoramic views from the tower! ☕️ Nearbycafe CAJÉ (closes at 1:00 PM—go early! We missed it 😢) 🛍️ Paseo Nuevo Charming downtown shopping street with boutiques and great photo spots!
