🇺🇸 Sedona, AZ | Low-Effort, High-Reward Itinerary
Due to a knee injury from Petrified Forest NP, I swapped my original plan (Subway Cave 😢) for gentler but equally stunning spots. Here’s my relaxed yet breathtaking 2-day Sedona itinerary: 🌄 Secret Slickrock Trail Easy <1-mile round trip with flat terrain. Offers unobstructed views of Cathedral Rock! 🅿️ Small lot but usually space available. ⛪ Chapel of the Holy Cross A chapel built into the rocks 🏔️ — short walk up a slope. The two giant rocks symbolize "praying hands." 🌅 Airport Mesa Sunset Prime sunset spot! Parking is tiny (5-6 spots), but drive half a mile to Sedona Airport Scenic Lookout and walk down. Golden hour lights up the rocks in fiery hues 🧡. For better views, hike the Summit Trail (moderate effort). 🪨 Bell Rock Pathway Scenic walk along Red Rock Byway 🚗. Start at the south Pathway Trailhead — no need to climb top for great views! 🅿️ Paid parking. 🌉 Devil’s Bridge Two routes: Dry Creek or Mescal Trailhead (recommended by Pink Jeep guides for better views!). ~2.4 miles one way — mostly flat until a short, manageable climb at the end. 🕉️ Amitabha Stupa & Peace Park A rare Buddhist stupa and statue in the West 🧘♀️ — serene and grounding. 🔵 Blue McDonald’s The world’s only blue-sign McDonald’s! Try the blue slushie or Powerade 💙. 🚗 Pink Jeep Tour Took the bumpy Rim 2.5 route for thrill-seekers! For views, choose Broken Arrow instead. #Arizona #Sedona #SedonaGuide #ArizonaTravel #Hiking #Phoenix 🇺🇸✨
