Came across this place randomly and was drawn in by the creative, thoughtful dishes β so I grabbed a friend and went to check it out! π 1οΈβ£ Jalapeno Hamachi Beautifully plated yellowtail belly seasoned with jalapeno and yuzu vinegar β light and refreshing! π 2οΈβ£ Crispy Tuna My personal favorite of the night! Crispy rice layered with avocado and spicy tuna, finished with unagi sauce β every bite was packed with flavor! π₯π₯ 3οΈβ£ Beef Tataki Wagyu slices paired with jalapeno and yuzu vinegar (yes, these two are regulars here β the chef really loves this combo π). 4οΈβ£ Galaxy Lollipop An innovative βsushiβ roll β cucumber wrapped around salmon, avocado, and crab salad, but with a tangy twist from strawberries and lemon. Interesting, but the mix felt a bit unusual ππ€. 5οΈβ£ Saturn Forgot which fish this was, but topped with crispy potato strings β decent but not outstanding. Overall, this is definitely a Japanese restaurant worth trying in Utah! π Ingredients are fresh, and you can tell they put effort into creativity (though the chef does love tangy flavors π). Iβll be bringing more friends here for sure!
