Even on a weekday at 10 PM, this bar was buzzing with energy! 🎉 Packed with stylish people drinking, dating, and hanging out – and I was the only one there for dinner 🤣 (well, nowhere else was open at that hour!). For a bar, the food was pretty good! Of course, it’s not the most authentic Mexican cuisine, but it hit the spot. Everything in Texas comes in generous portions – 1.5 times bigger than elsewhere! 💪🍽️ Here’s what I ordered – two classic Mexican dishes with a Chinese-friendly twist: 1️⃣ Tortilla Consommé 🍲 A traditional Mexican soup with chicken, red beans, and corn, topped with crispy tortilla strips. Perfect comfort food! 2️⃣ Beef Quesadilla 🌮 Grilled to golden perfection with melted cheese and beef, served with a special chili dipping sauce. So satisfying!
