🇺🇸 The Spiritual Home of Steak
I never used to have strong feelings about Texas Roadhouse, but after moving to LA, I've found myself missing the simple Midwest life. Driving all the way out here for a meal at Texas Roadhouse definitely comes with a dose of nostalgia. 🥩 Texas Roadhouse 📍 22690 Centerpoint Dr, Moreno Valley, CA 92553 🍞 Fresh-Baked Bread Their famous warm, buttery rolls – incredibly fragrant! Every time, I end up devouring two or three by myself – served warm, soft, and endlessly refillable. They're delicious with or without the cinnamon honey butter (I personally skip it since I'm not a fan of the cinnamon flavor). 🥩 Ribeye Steak My favorite cut – a bone-in steak with a naturally sweet flavor and just the right amount of marbling. I order it medium-well. The meat is tender and juicy – the red hue is myoglobin, not blood! Even a 12oz portion is enough to leave me completely satisfied (almost too full!). I love adding sautéed mushrooms 🍄 – slightly salty but soaked in steak juices, making them incredibly flavorful. 🥣 Two Included Sides Cup of Chili: A rich, slightly spicy beef chili served with crackers. Mashed Potatoes: Creamy and comforting. Sweet Potato: Baked and wonderfully sweet, served warm 🍠. 🥜 Peanuts They used to be self-serve and unlimited, but now you have to ask your server and promise not to throw the shells on the floor. 🧾 Great Value for Money In today's inflated economy, it's still very affordable – around $25 per person for a filling meal. You can even take leftover rolls and peanuts to go! #MorenoValley#travelguide#MorenoValleyfood#fooddiary#California
