🇺🇸 This Garlic-Baked Sea Snail in Vegas
📍 Saigon Corner 9450 W Russell Rd #101, Las Vegas, NV 89148 Heard so much about this Vietnamese seafood spot that I came with friends to try it out! It’s in the southwest area, close to the mountains — the wood and black shutter decor gives off real Southeast Asian vibes 🏮. The breezy evening weather was so pleasant too~ We went all out and ordered almost every special on the menu! 😋 🐚 Garlic Butter Baked Sea Snails These snails are HUGE! The green shells are gorgeous, and the rich garlic butter aroma is irresistible 🧈✨. Even the garlicky salt on the shell is lickable! Use a toothpick to pull out the meat — firm, fresh, and bursting with flavor, almost like escargot but with Vietnamese flair. 🦐 Grilled Giant Prawns The shrimp were large and super tender, served with a fragrant pandan leaf green sauce — tastes like Southeast Asia in a bite 🌿. The okra skewers on the side were also delicious — and I usually don’t even like okra! 🥩 Hot Stone Wagyu Pho My first time having such a luxurious pho! 🍜 Beautifully marbled Wagyu slices cook quickly on the sizzling hot stone. Dip in peppery salt and pair with rice noodles — so satisfying! 🦞 Crawfish The meat was sweet and fresh — best enjoyed hot and right away 🔥. 🐚 Spicy Stir-Fried Snails This dish was a love-hate for me: The snails were amazing, but the sauce was super spicy 🌶️😅. Painful yet addictive — still highly recommend if you can handle the heat! 🥩 Lamb Chop Pasta The lamb chops were incredibly tender with no gamey taste — they practically melted in the mouth 🥩💫. All this for just $130+ for three people — not expensive at all! Perfect for friends or a cozy date night 👫🍽️. #LasVegasLife #VegasLocalEats #VietnameseStreetFood #SeafoodBBQ #Crawfish #SpicySnails
