This place is phenomenal. I'm definitely adding Saigon Corner Restaurant to my list of must-try restaurants in Las Vegas. This place recently just opened and is already making a splash in the Southwest Las Vegas community.

Service: Solid. The hostess was super sweet, kind and patient while managing busy lunch rush. The wait staff were amazing as well - quick, thorough and attentive.

Ambiance: Clean, modern and brand new. I couldn't help, but smile at the aesthetics as it resembles some of the shacks back in Southeast Asia. Despite going during lunch, my food arrived on time and the restaurant wasn't too noisy. It was a pretty relaxing and quiet lunch - the more I think about it!

Food: 5/5. I got the Hot Stone Pho, which came with Prime Angus Rib slices on a sizzling hot lava stone. Initially, I thought it was just going to be gimmicky, but it was beyond delicious as well. The pho broth was carefully crafted to compliment the tender, juicy and flavorful Prime Angus Rib slices. Yup, it was pho-nominal. Strong chance I'd get this again despite the high price tag of $24.95!

Overall, I loved my experience at Saigon Corner Restaurant. I'd love to go again to check out a few of the other dishes!...

Mood - that have to have it item

I think it is fabulous when restaurants have menu items that aren't normally offered at other places in the same genre as them. It is what makes them unique especially if the eye appeal can be pulled off and it tastes good.

Upon was quickly greeted and ushered over to a booth. Menus were given and drink order was taken.

Opted for that Hot Stone Beef Pho of course, Guava Calamansi Drink ( iykyk), and the shaken fries. Now was everything exactly how I thought it would be? 100% nothing I had that might disappointed in the slightest.

That interior I loved. They took the time to make out appealing if you are into observing your surroundings. Each row of tables is on its own street giving you that something to talk about feel. Music was playing in the background. Everything was very clean.

Would most def recommend- pricing is reflection of quality and presentation. Customer service was very courteous and hospitable. My table was very well taken care of.
