Tucson’s cost of living continues to impress – and this spot, located right across from that famous vintage car restaurant, is no exception! 🚗💨 The food is flavorful, portions are huge (one dish kept me full all day 😂), and the menu is super diverse. We ended up ordering all Benedicts – though they definitely don’t look like traditional ones… more like creative twists! 🍴👌 1️⃣ Southwest Smoked Brisket Tots Benedict： ✅ So delicious! Rich and saucy – perfect for sauce lovers. Well-balanced with tangy salsa to cut through the richness. The brisket is tender and flavorful even on its own. Mix in that runny egg yolk and it’s perfection 😍👏 2️⃣ Red Chile Short Rib Birria Benedict： ✅ Also good but not as memorable. Features a fried cake wrapped around short rib – tasty but simpler in flavor. The hash browns were perfectly crispy outside and soft inside 🥔🔥 Verdict: Tons of options – there’s something for everyone!
