Right next to the light rail station 🚆, affordable and authentic Thai flavors. 🍴 Fine Dining Spoon & Stable Still in my top 10 restaurants EVER! Must-orders: Nero pasta 🍝, duck breast, Honey & Cream Cake 🍯🍰. They also serve the best mille crêpe cake in MN at brunch! Demi By the same chef (Gavin) — an elevated tasting menu experience. Arguably the best fine dining in MN, Michelin two-star level 💫. MARA Gavin’s Middle Eastern concept in the Four Seasons Hotel 🐑🍝. The lamb and pasta are incredible. Meritage Classic French-American in downtown St. Paul. Not as flashy as some MPLS spots, but the flavors deliver. They serve oysters from top regions across the US 🦪. ——— 🍣 Japanese Kaiseki Furukawa Likely MN’s only kaiseki experience. The owner is Japanese, and the quality could easily earn a Michelin star in a bigger city. Still just $160 — unreal value! 🙏 Billy Sushi The Vietnamese owner trained in Japan for 20 years 🍣🔥. Beats most Americanized sushi spots — now one of the hottest in MN. Origami Nicknamed “JD’s Restaurant” — rumor says Richard Liu dined here! Not the most authentic, but portions are generous. Fuji Ya Upscale American-style sushi. Good bento boxes and rare sashimi selections — a bit far away in Uptown. Gyukaku 🔪 Steakhouses Manny’s Steakhouse Top 10 steakhouse in North America 🥩🏆, located in the W Hotel. Try their more affordable lunch steaks! Capital Grille Upscale chain with a reliable steak experience. Lunch deals are great — dinner is pricey but consistent. 🥢 Chinese Keefer Court The best Chinese restaurant in all of Minnesota 🥇!
