🇺🇸 Utah | Park City | Fine Dining 🍽️❄️

Located in a prime spot on Park City’s Main Street, we were lucky to snag a window seat—dining on a snowy night was absolutely magical! ❄️✨ The indoor dining area is quite large and a bit noisy, with live piano music adding to the ambiance. 🎹🎶 Overall, the food was delicious—though the chef’s approach to flavors is quite traditional. It’s reliably good but doesn’t offer any surprising or innovative combinations. The entrees at other tables were generously portioned with lush, abundant plating, while our choices happened to be the more delicate ones on the menu. The atmosphere is lovely, perfect for couples seeking a romantic fine-dining experience with great ambiance, though the flavors lean conservative. 🍣 Ahi Tuna Duo The tuna tartare shaped into a hemisphere with a creamy coating was delightful. A subtle hint of mustard made it the only dish that gave me a pleasant surprise—well done! 🦐 Scallop Tom Ka The Thai curry tasted like something you’d find at a humble local eatery—we exchanged knowing smiles, but it was tasty nonetheless. 🥩 Snake River Farms Wagyu Steak & Egg My first time trying steak with a deep-fried egg, similar to a Scotch egg. A simple yet hearty pairing—the steak itself was excellent. 🦬 Wild Game Trio I hesitated before ordering—I love trying new flavors but was wary of gaminess. It was well-prepared with no off-flavors. The buffalo was tender and flavorful, while the elk and venison were a bit tougher, as expected with game meat. This was my first time trying venison, which came from Canadian elk. 🪿 Added Seared Foie Gras I added foie gras on the side, served with chunky fruit jam. It was extremely rich—I got full after just a few bites. Not sure if it’s my tolerance fading or if theirs is extra indulgent. I could finish a full portion at La Caille. ☕️ Tiramisu The presentation was simple, but the taste was good—though I wished for a stronger alcohol kick. I prefer a bolder flavor. Ambience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Average per person: $140 🅿️ 10-minute walk to a parking lot Riverhorse on Main 📍 540 Main St, Park City, UT 84060 #SaltLakeCity #Utah #VibeDining #FineDining #ParkCityEats #FoodReview #RomanticSpot #SpecialOccasion #USADining #FoodieExperience
