🇺🇸 What I Ate & Did During My 7 Days in Philadelphia!

Since Chelsea had three matches in Philly, this city ended up being the place I got to know best in the US — by far! 😄 Here are some highlights from my trip: 1️⃣ Hua Xiao Jiao We found this spot on the drive back from New York to Philly. After several late nights, I needed something nourishing! 🍲 The broth was rich and satisfying — way better than some places in London. And we feasted like kings for just $150! 👍 Must-try: Collagen Golden Broth with Fish Maw & Chicken 🥩 Wagyu Platter + Mushroom Medley 📍 561 US-1, Edison, NJ 08817 2️⃣ Kim’s Restaurant - Korean BBQ 🍖 After watching Chelsea lose 1-3 to Flamengo 😅, my friends brought me here. The thinly-sliced Galbijumuluk and thick Outskirt Steak were absolutely insane… We ordered a BBQ combo with unlimited banchan — we were so busy eating, no one even talked, just nodded in happiness 🤤 📍 5955 N 5th St, Philadelphia, PA 19120 3️⃣ Reading Terminal Market 🚉 Right across from my hotel in downtown Philly! Lots of tasty options, but I kept going back to Uncle Guy’s Steak. I’d tried another famous cheesesteak spot and was seriously disappointed 😢… but this one felt better with grilled onions and sweet peppers! Still, finishing a whole one was pretty heavy. How are you supposed to eat a Philly cheesesteak?! 🧐 4️⃣ Chinatown Philly + Matcha Panda Cafe 🐼🍵 As a certified matcha addict, I came here every single day for their Matcha Latte. On my last day, I finally tried the Matcha Puff and Matcha Mille Crepe — absolutely heavenly! Now that I’ve left Philly, it’s back to Starbucks matcha… 😭 5️⃣ Longwood Gardens 🌳💐 ⭐ Once the private garden of the DuPont family 🚘 About 40 mins from Philly — totally worth the trip! ⛲ Beautiful European-style fountains, conservatories, and the Peirce-du Pont House. Sadly, the day I went was scorching hot 🔥 — not the best for strolling outdoors. But the lush greenery still stole my heart 💚 I’d love to come back in spring or fall! And finally… a moment of silence for my lost Labubu 😢 Hoping we’ll be reunited one day!
