🇺🇸 What I Ate During a Week in Vegas for Work (Restaurant Edition)
1️⃣ Yard House – American Fare Nothing special, honestly don’t even remember the taste 😅 — but portions are huge! Good if you’re staying nearby and starving. 2️⃣ Sushi Samba – Japanese Fusion One of the few Asian spots in the Venetian Resort. The ramen and salmon avocado rolls were tasty, service was warm. Solid choice if you’re craving Japanese nearby! 🍣 3️⃣ Battista's Hole in the Wall – Italian Recommended by my American colleague! Dinner includes: Starter (soup with bread or salad) Wine (red or white) Dessert cappuccino ☕ The salmon and steak were both great — tender and flavorful. Packed with locals — highly recommend! 🥩🍷 4️⃣ SUGARCANE – American Had zero expectations but the Strip Roll blew my mind! 😳 Salmon + their special sauce + avocado = amazing combo. They also forgot one oyster in our order and gave us two extra — service on point! 🦪✅ 5️⃣ Saigon Ally – Vietnamese Hot Pot Was worried it might be overhyped, but everything — hot pot and cooked dishes — was delicious! (Says someone who’s never been to Vietnam 😂) Three set meal options; meat, cooked items, and some seafood ordered via iPad, everything else is self-serve. 90-minute dining time (timer on iPad). The boba milk tea from the drink station was pretty good too! Strong recommend — just a bit far out, better for group dinners. 🍲👥 #LasVegas #VegasEats #WorkTripEats #FoodDiary #RestaurantRoundup 🏙️🥢🌟
