Great for low-carb cravings! π£ Tekka Maki π Salmon hand roll β tasty but not mind-blowing, fills you up though. π Sashimi π¦ Amaebi (Sweet Shrimp) π How is this not a signature dish?! Sweet, tender shrimp body + crispy fried head β two ways to enjoy! π Hitategai (Scallop) π Pretty standard. π Toro (Fatty Tuna) π Rich, buttery, thick yet not heavy β absolutely gorgeous. π Kampachi (Amberjack) π Compared to the signature version, the seasoning here felt a bit plain. πͺΈ Uni (Sea Urchin) π Not fishy at all β creamy, smooth, and rich. π± Sashimi Combo π Good for 2β3 people to share, but if youβre in a bigger group, go for more exciting single orders! π₯ Kitchen (Hot Dishes) π₯£ Matsutake Soup π Radish and mushroom soup with yuzu peel β not your typical miso flavor. π· Kuro Buta Pork Belly π Sake-marinated pork belly with Peruvian spicy sauce β a brilliant fusion! The fried lotus root and purple sweet potato mash were delicious too. π¬ Final thoughts: We reserved a big table ahead of time β no wait! Otherwise, thereβs a line right when they open. π Price is on the higher side, but π₯ thinks itβs worth it.
