🇻🇳 AIDA Mediterranean Vietnam Cruise – Da Nang Shore Excursion 🚢🌏
Our AIDA Mediterranean cruise departed from Guangzhou Nansha Port at night and arrived the next morning at Chan May Port in Vietnam. 🇻🇳 Before the trip, we couldn’t find "Chan May Port" on maps—turns out it’s labeled as Tien Sa Port (mostly a cargo terminal 🚢). The port is quite remote, near a Vietnamese naval base (we even spotted their torpedo boats! ⚓). The shore excursions offered by the cruise were a bit pricey 💸, so we chose free exploration instead! After disembarking, a shuttle bus took us to the port entrance. Outside, there were many private taxis waiting. Luckily, we met three fellow travelers from Hong Kong 👋 and teamed up to share a car. After some haggling (💰 negotiation skills unlocked!), we got a fair deal—just 30 RMB per person for a round trip to two Instagram-famous spots: Pink Church (Da Nang Cathedral) 💒🌸 Dragon Bridge 🐉🌉 Our driver was honest (no scams! 👍) and got us back just in time for lunch on the ship! 🍽️⛴️ #CruiseLife #DaNang #VietnamTravel #ShoreExcursion #TravelHacks #BudgetTravel #PinkChurch #DragonBridge #AIDACruise ✈️🌴
