For those wondering if an electric bike can make it to the Hai Van Pass — absolutely, no problem! Here are a few tips:
One person — one bike. The bike climbs hills at 40 km/h effortlessly.
Battery backup. Ask for a spare battery just in case you want to explore further. We rode past the pass, down to the fish farms, had lunch, and made our way back. We used 80% of the battery, and there was still enough charge left to visit the Marble Mountains in Da Nang.
3)Clothing. It’s cool at the pass, so bring a raincoat. Wear it under your sweater or jacket — this way, it won’t flap like a sail or make noise as if it’s going to tear apart while riding.

Read moreIt's a beautiful church standing in the busy street of the city, just about 200~300m away from the Han Cho. It was built beautiful and this year it's celebrating it's 100th anniversary.
From the first glance, it immediately reminded me of the Tan Dinh Pink Church located in District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City but after a careful observations, they were quite difficult though sharing some similarities. Since both are pink in colour and roman catholic churches, they had almost the same theme and decor.
Unfortunately, on the day of our visit, it was past 6pm when we came by and the cathedral was already closed for the public (but they had some ceremonies inside as we looked from outside) and shortly after, the cathedral was beautiful lit up. It was so beautiful and grand!
