π§π»βπ³ Unlocking the Childhood Memories of a Michelin-Starred Chef
Muse by Tom Aikens I revisited this Michelin-starred restaurant in London that I've been keeping to myself for a while.π The menu has changed a bit since last year. Personally, I thought last year's menu was even more impressive and surprising. It's located in the Belgravia neighborhood near Hyde Park, in a residential area.π The entrance feels like you're being invited into the chef's home.π§βπ³ Forever Picking One bite of the oyster and your taste buds are awakened. π¦ͺ The three finger snacks are beautifully presented and delightful.π₯° Making & Breaking The classic sourdough bread has a crispy, chewy crust! It comes with three types of butter, served in a basket for an immersive experience.π It's the Season to Be Jolly Asparagus with lemon sauce feels very summery and refreshing.π The flounder is also delicious, tender and flavorful.π Far Too Tempting Seasonal strawberries paired with milk rings are a perfect palate cleanser.π π The complimentary dessert was a hitβwhiskey fudge is very creative. Before leaving, they also gave us a mini egg tart (so delicious!). ποΈ Each dish tells a story from the chef's childhood. The whole dining experience feels like you're growing up alongside the chef. It also reminded me of my happy times picking fruits in the orchard as a child. The lunch set was very fillingβI didn't feel hungry again until 8 PM! π Muse by Tom Aikens π° Lunch set: Β£85 per person, Β£170 for two people #MichelinRestaurantReview #MichelinOneStar #LondonFoodie #HiddenGemRestaurant #LondonDateRestaurant #CreativeCuisine #MichelinOneStar #AffordableDelights #London #LondonMichelinRecommendations
