🧑🏻🍳 Unlocking the Childhood Memories of a Michelin-Starred Chef
Muse by Tom Aikens I’ve visited this Michelin-starred gem in London again, a place I’ve kept to myself for a long time. 🌟 The menu has changed a bit from last year… Personally, I think last year’s menu was more impressive and surprising. Located in the residential area of Belgravia near Hyde Park 🏠 The entrance feels like you’re visiting the chef’s home. 🧑🍳 Forever Picking 🦪 The oyster is a burst of flavor in the mouth 👅 The three finger snacks are exquisitely presented and lovely to like 🥰 Making & Breaking 🥖 The classic sourdough has a crispy exterior and is chewy! It comes with three types of butter, served in a basket for an immersive experience 👏 It’s the Season to Be Jolly Asparagus with lemon sauce has a refreshing summer feel 🍋~ The halibut 🐟 is also delicious and tender. Far Too Tempting 🍓 Seasonal strawberries with milk rings are very refreshing. 🎁 The complimentary dessert was to my liking, the whisky gummy is very creative. They even gave a little egg tart on the way out (seriously so good). 🎞️ Each dish records a childhood memory of the chef. The whole dining experience feels like growing up with the chef~ It reminds me of the happy times in the picking garden when I was a child. The lunch set was also very filling, I didn’t feel hungry until 8 PM. 💰: Lunch set is £85 per person, £170 for two people. #MichelinRestaurant #MichelinStar #LondonFood #LondonHiddenGem #LondonDateNight #LondonCreativeCuisine #LondonMichelinStar #AffordableGourmet #London #LondonMichelinRecommendations
