As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a handsome barista. ๐Ÿƒ๐ŸŒธ After saying hello, he started asking us about our coffee preferences: espresso, pour - over, or cold brew? What kind of aroma, acidity, flavor, body, and aftertaste do we like? And where do we prefer our beans to be sourced from? Thankfully, my friend had some knowledge and was able to chat back and forth with him. Otherwise, it would have been a bit awkward. ๐Ÿƒ๐ŸŒธ The barista kept introducing various coffee beans and even poured us some samples to try. In the end, we bought a 150 - g bag of beans and two cups of cold brew. The weather was just too hot for anything else. ๐ŸŒŸ Convert Coffee ๐Ÿƒ๐ŸŒธIt seems like all the baristas in Tokyo are handsome, and this one was no exception. They use beans from Glitch, and their main focus is on pour - overs. I immediately spotted the Yunnan coffee beans and had to give them a try. The oolong flavor was instantly noticeable. Even though it was iced, the acidity was very restrainedโ€”quite good! ๐Ÿƒ๐ŸŒธ The other cup had a distinct passion fruit flavor, but maybe the other notes were too similar to distinguish.
