Especially the seafood dishes, with fresh ingredients and unique cooking methods, every bite is a delight. 🍽️ Menu Highlights: 〰️【Chopitos - Fried Squid 🦑】 Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these little squids are fried to perfection, with a rich and layered taste, awesome! 〰️【Cazuela de Pulpo - Stewed Octopus with Red Shrimp 🐙】 The tender octopus, paired with the richly flavored large red shrimp, is a burst of ocean freshness with every bite. The octopus meat is soft and glutinous, the shrimp is super fresh, and the sauce is garlic-infused olive oil. Served popping hot, it’s a must-order! 〰️【Paella de Mariscos - Seafood Paella 🥘】 The classic Spanish seafood paella, with rice cooked to perfection, mixed with lobster, shrimp, shellfish, squid, and more. Apart from acceptable service in hotels, you’ll encounter quite rude people elsewhere. The service at this restaurant is a mix of good and bad; the hostess was very warm, but the manager who took our order was quite brusque, and the server who brought the food had a stern look. However, based on the experience in Spain over the past few days, this might just be the Spanish style of service.
