🐚 / Dong Que Restaurant We tried the New York Strip (12oz) and the Filet Mignon – both were incredibly flavorful and juicy! 🥩💦 The meat quality is outstanding – you can really taste the freshness. We ordered medium and medium-well, and although they tend to cook slightly more than requested, both cuts remained tender and far from dry. Definitely satisfying!· Wanted pho today… But they were closed 😑 You West Coast folks really do business your own way lol So this New Yorker ended up trying Vietnamese again. Pretty authentic Vietnamese in San Jose? (Tastes kinda like Thai to me though 😅) Maybe it’s ’cause we’re near the ocean— The seafood is SO good. Sizzling hot plates coming out still sizzling… Each bite is big, plump, and fresh! · The crispy rice with pork floss and sausage is worth a try. A bit too crunchy though— The bottom layer was seriously hard. I still prefer my plain fluffy white rice 🍚 #FoodInspo #SeafoodLover #SanJoseEats
