1 Hour of Elegance at the Royal Palace in Amsterdam π°
Route The Royal Palace in Amsterdam is located near the city center's Dam Square, facing the War Memorial and adjacent to the New Church (Nieuwe Kerk). Across is the bustling and interesting Damrak Street. It's easy to pass by and is a good place to meet and visit. Ticket Purchase Book your entry time and buy tickets in advance on the official website. Entry is free with a museum card. You need to verify your reservation and check your museum card to enter the palace. Of course, it's generally OK to buy tickets on-site, but it's slower. Visiting The entire open area of the palace consists only of the ground floor and the first floor. There are only stairs in the public areas. If you are like me, bringing a baby stroller or have difficulty walking up stairs, you can ask the staff to take you through the private elevator passage. Important Audio Guide At the entrance, there are audio guides available for free in Dutch, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, and Russian. There are even children's audio guides in Dutch and English. You must use the audio guide; the difference is significant. After listening, you will realize how wonderful everything in front of you is. Although the palace is small, the wall murals and sculptures are very exquisite. The administrative center of the Netherlands in the 17th century was already so magnificent, truly befitting its birth during the Golden Age. #Netherlands #Amsterdam #AmsterdamRoyalPalace #Europe #WorthVisitingMuseum #Museum #MuseumAdventure
