The sauce is rich and fragrant. 2️⃣ Tuna sashimi with avocado mousse: Tuna paired with avocado is always a winner! Quail eggs add a smooth texture, and the salty-sweet Thai-style dressing is very appetizing. 3️⃣ Hoy Lek: The sweetness of the scallops, the salty freshness of the caviar, and the crispy fried garlic all come together in this dish (but it's a bit repetitive with the next one). 4️⃣ Cupid don: The best of the night is this!! 4 large scallops + 5 Arctic surf clams + sea urchin + foie gras + caviar, served on top of well-cooked rice grains, accompanied by a tangy and spicy rice dressing, the texture is incredibly rich! 5️⃣ Green curry with crispy duck: It's been a while since I've had a spicy dish and this one caught me off guard😅.
