2 Days in Indianapolis + Watching Game 3 Live (Haliburton's Off Night)

Spent the weekend in Indianapolis! 🎉 First night: rushed to Game 3 of Pacers vs. Cavaliers. The game was... rough. 😅 ⚡️ Aside from Donovan Mitchell, no one really showed up. The Pacers kept missing threes 🏀💨 Haliburton seemed hesitant to shoot all night The rhythm was off, and the energy was low The league these days: if you shoot well from three, you win; if not, it’s painfully boring. But hey—the free jersey they gave away was pretty cool! 😎 Shoutout to Mitchell—he was stellar, but his teammates didn’t step up. Looking at you, Darius Garland! 👀 Even though he was injured, his decision-making was too casual. And Mobley? Got schooled by Myles Turner. 🏛 War Memorial Museum — Highly Recommended! Visited the only museum in downtown worth seeing. Exhibits cover U.S. military history + the USS Indianapolis (sunk by torpedoes; only a few survivors after days adrift). The Korean War section was respectfully presented. Engaging and not boring! 🥪 Lunch at Shapiro’s Deli Classic Jewish deli sandwiches + meatball soup = super satisfying! 🥪🍲 Retro vibe, authentic flavors. 🏎 Afternoon: IndyCar Racing Experience Got in for just $34! No one stopped me, so I stood right by the railing. First time watching live racing—SO intense! 🚗💨 Very casual and fun! 🍲 Dinner at Asian Snack Hidden in a rundown Saraga Mall—Tianjin street food! 🥢 Shredded potatoes + lamb organ soup = incredibly fragrant 🐑❤️ Jianbing (savory crepe) was decent 😊 🎓 Ended the Day at Indiana University Campus was buzzing with graduation vibes! 🎓✨ Also stopped by Oliver Winery for wine tasting—reds & whites 🍷—a little healing for the soul.
