๐ฐ 3 Days of Chill Eating in Vegas โ No Rush, Just Food
๐ฅ Day 1: Wing Kee BBQ ๐ First meal in Vegas โ recommended by a friend, and it totally blew us away! The roasted pork belly had crispy skin and tender meat, while the char siu was perfectly fatty with a honey-sweet glaze โ just like authentic Cantonese style back home. The curry fish balls were soaked in rich curry sauce โ so flavorful, absolutely my favorite! Even had pork skin in it. The sauce alone could make me finish two extra bowls of rice ๐โจ Just wish there were more fish balls โ a bit light on value. ๐ฅ Day 2: Samurai Japanese BBQ ๐ฅ Queue hack! We booked for 1 PM but arrived at 12 PM โ got seated right away, no wait! Ordered the A5 Wagyu platter for three + thinly sliced beef tongue โ just the right amount. The Wagyu melted in the mouth, especially with their garlic butter sauce ๐คค. The beef tongue was crispy yet tender โ perfect over rice. My boyfriend and friend loved the fresh uni (sea urchin) โ they said the uni rice bowl was unreal. Meanwhile, me (the uni skeptic) just enjoyed the meat quietly ๐ . ๐ง Day 2 Extra: Chicha San Chen ๐ฅค After BBQ, grabbed the โSlow-Brewed Taro Fresh Milk Teaโ nearby. The line moved fast โ didnโt wait long! ๐ฃ Day 3: 888 Sushi and Robata ๐ข Went for the $48/person AYCE (all-you-can-eat). Waited 1.5 hours, but one bite of the Wagyu sushi and Kobe beef sashimi made it all worth it! The nigiri had very little rice โ perfect for eating more without filling up fast. All the yuzu wasabi and black garlic sesame skewers were must-tries โ so fragrant we couldnโt stop! I also ordered a black garlic ramen on the side โ noodles cooked just right, soaked in rich broth. That warm, savory sip instantly cured the wait-time fatigue ๐โค๏ธ. #EatLikeThereIsNoTomorrow #AnotherDayOfFeasting #VegasFoodGuide #FoodieLife #JapaneseBBQ #AYCESushi #CantoneseBBQ
