🏮 40 Years of Sushi in West Los Angeles 🎎

Sashimi 🍣 Uni Toast Located in West Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Noma Sushi is a veteran Japanese restaurant known for its exquisite cuisine. Average cost: $50 per person—delicious, beautiful, and fresh sushi and sashimi. **Noma Sushi** 🅿️ Free parking right in front of the restaurant. ❤️**Omakase Set** This set feels like a great deal! 11 pieces of fresh, specially selected sushi. Tamago (sweet omelette) + choice of Miso Soup + one nigiri sushi. The tuna and yellowtail are tender, sweet, and elastic in texture. I chose avocado and eel for my nori hand roll. The mushroom miso soup is rich, warm, and layered in flavor. ❤️**Uni Scramble Toast** Super ❗️amazing❗️ Uni lovers, go for it with your eyes closed! The uni is incredibly fresh and flavorful. The scrambled eggs are smooth and slightly moist, with the crispy toast 🥪 adding a delightful crunch. A luxurious experience for both the eyes and the taste buds! ❤️**Yellowtail Jalapeno** Thick slices of yellowtail are tender and rich in oil but not greasy. The jalapeño adds a refreshing spiciness, and the combination of flavors is visually striking and palate-awakening. ❤️**Kobachi** Exquisite and small, served in a nine-grid plate. These side dishes have more of a Korean-inspired flavor—refreshing, palate-cleansing, and appetizing. ❤️**Suki Yaki** The beef is a bit thick and slightly tough after cooking. The sukiyaki is missing the essential onsen egg, but the sweet and savory flavors are still delicious, with the konjac noodles soaking up all the flavors. 🍲 ❤️**Grilled Mochi Ice Cream** Traditional Japanese dessert—grilled mochi that stretches delightfully. Matcha ice cream is also a perfect way to end a Japanese meal, refreshing and satisfying. 🍮 If you still have room, don't miss this dessert! This is a unique Japanese restaurant not far from the beach 🌊, offering high-quality and authentic dishes with beautiful plating. It feels like traditional Japanese kaiseki cuisine. For those near Santa Monica or West LA, this place offers unparalleled quality and craftsmanship. Perfect for sushi and sashimi dates! #LosAngelesEats #LosAngelesLife #LAMunchies #WestLA #WestLAFoodie #SantaMonicaFoodie #LosAngelesSushi #JapaneseCuisine #SantaMonica #LAJapaneseFood #BeverlyHillsFoodie
