🦆 The stuffed confit duck is so delicious!! The skin is crispy, and the meat is tender, sliced into pieces that melt in your mouth. The sauce has a flavor reminiscent of cranberries or blueberries 🫐, adding a rich depth of taste, a mix of salty and sweet! It was a special dish, but I was surprised by its large portion size and the price, which seemed a bit steep at around $90 a serving. 🌽 The corn and crab meat cheese filling is such a magical combination! With the foamy sauce on top, it's impossible to stop eating them one after another. 🦞 This is a seafood risotto with tiger prawns and scallops that are very fresh! There's a bit of lobster too, though not much. The dish is good but not particularly astonishing. 🥖 The chicken liver with strawberry jam on toast, people who like chicken liver or goose liver pâté might enjoy it. I loved the strawberry jam, haha. The overall atmosphere is very romantic! ✨ With twinkling string lights and the flickering fireplace flames, sitting at the bar would also be a great experience.
