44 Days Budget Europe Trip|3⃣️ Netherlands|Utrecht Adventure
🚄 Train: The Hague Central → Utrecht Central (€12.30, 37min). I went to Utrecht on a whim—and it blew me away! Not just because it’s Miffy’s hometown, but the streets, bars, and vibe are magical. Stay overnight if you can! My mission? Miffy merch hunting! 📍 Miffy Mania! 🐰 Nijntje Verkeerslicht (Miffy Traffic Light): Walked the rainbow crosswalk 4 times for pics—SO CUTE! 🖼️ Nijntje Museum (Miffy Museum): Skip the €8 entry (it’s for kids), but raid the gift shop instead! (Card only, no cash.) 🛍️ Groeten uit Utrecht (Miffy Store): Must-visit! The sweet grandpa owner has everything Miffy. 🗿 Statues: Nijntjepleintje (Miffy Square) – Tiny Miffy statue. Statue of Dick Bruna/Nijntje – Tribute to Miffy’s creator! 🍻 Hidden Gem: Lebowski Bar My Spanish friend demanded I go—and it ruled! Fun vibe, quirky decor (yes, there’s a fake giraffe 🦒). Near the Miffy Museum! 🚄 Next Stop: Utrecht → Rotterdam Central (€11.50, 37min). 💡 Tips: Utrecht was my FAVE of the three cities—100% revisiting!
