45 Days with My Parents in the US
Fort Williams Park The most famous lighthouse in Portland – Portland Head Light – is right here, making it the perfect spot for a check-in photo 📸! 📍 Address: 1000 Shore Rd, Cape Elizabeth, ME 04107 🅿️ Parking: Ample parking spaces available, all metered at $3 per hour. 🏞️ Facilities: It features a sandy beach 🏖️, portable restrooms, a playground, and a coastal trail. This place was once a military training base, so it’s also a great spot to visit a historical site 🏛️. The coastal trail is ideal for strolling at a leisurely pace – the sea breeze is so refreshing and comfortable 🌬️! When you’re here, you simply can’t miss the internet-famous lobster roll spot called Bite into Maine 🥪. That’s why there’s always an enormous line every time we come – its popularity is totally well-deserved! I think their lobster roll is pretty amazing, and their clam chowder 🥣 and pulled pork sandwich are also surprisingly delicious 😋. However, the prices are really steep 💸. Of course, taste is subjective, so whether it’s “worth it” might vary from person to person! #RomanticLifeDiary #ParentsVisitingtheUS #FamilyReunioninUS #Maine #MaineTravel #AroundBoston
