5.0 High-Rated Affordable Omakase in New York

I took advantage of the good weather on the weekend to bask in the sun in Williamsburg and discovered a new Omakase shop on the street. After eating, I really loved it! This place can be considered the pinnacle of sincerity among Omakase restaurants in New York with a price per person of less than $100. The chef is a Japanese master who previously worked in a Michelin-starred restaurant. He mentioned that he selects the fish from suppliers every night and then has them freshly air-delivered the next day. Their menu is also innovative in terms of fish selection, with many types of fish that you won't find in other affordable Omakase restaurants. šŸ’° The restaurant offers two options: 68šŸ”Ŗ for 11 pieces and 100šŸ”Ŗ for 15 pieces. ā¤ļø My Favorite Dishes ā¤ļø šŸ£ Glowing Squid: This dish is really innovative! The glowing squid has a very bouncy texture, and I love it! šŸ£ Luxury Sea Urchin and Scallop Hand Roll: The ingredients are so abundant that they're about to overflow! The Hokkaido sea urchin from their restaurant is of very good quality, with a generous amount of sea urchin paired with large scallops and salmon roe, it's so fresh and sweet! šŸ˜ šŸ£ Sardine: The pickled sardine highlights the salty and fresh taste, and after eating it, I immediately went to Wegmans to buy a bag of sardines to take home. 🤣 #LocalFavorites #NewYorkFood #NewYorkFoodGuide #NewYorkFoodExplorer #JapaneseCuisineNYC #AffordableJapaneseFoodNYC #DeliciousJapaneseFoodInNYC #NewYorkOmakase
