This hotel truly is a gem—elegant, well-maintained, and full of charm. From the tasteful decor to the immaculate cleanliness and genuinely friendly staff, it’s clear that care and attention are poured into every detail. 🌟 What Made Our Stay Shine: Beautiful, enchanting interiors that blend classic and contemporary style Exceptionally clean and well-kept spaces – both public areas and our room 🧼✨ Friendly, professional staff who were always ready to help Excellent food and service in the hotel restaurant 🍽️ Quiet and peaceful inside – a true sanctuary in the city 🚇 The August Challenge: Our only drawback was the location in peak season: Overwhelming crowds of tourists filled the streets 🧑‍🤝‍🧑🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Heavy metro and foot traffic made the immediate surroundings feel chaotic While being near Trafalgar Square and the British Museum was convenient, we hadn’t quite anticipated the August intensity! 💡 Our Recommendation: We’d highly recommend this hotel – but ideally outside of peak season.
