I booked a theatre break package at this hotel as a surprise for my partner’s 50th birthday. After reading some mixed reviews, I’ll admit I was a little nervous – but from the moment we arrived, all my worries melted away! We were greeted at reception by a wonderfully friendly woman who checked us in with warmth and efficiency. Then came the first delightful surprise: she told us we’d been upgraded to a twin business room! I had mentioned wanting a room with a view when booking, but I never expected such a generous gesture. 🌟🗝️ When we entered the room, we were truly touched by what we saw: A beautiful heart made of rose petals on the bed 🌹 A small box of exquisite chocolates 🍫 A handwritten birthday card for my partner 🎂 Another sweet card wishing us a pleasant stay 💌 And vouchers for complimentary Prosecco for each of us at the bar! 🥂 The room was spotlessly clean, offering a lovely view over Hyde Park, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. This isn’t just a hotel – it’s a charming and beautiful retreat right in the heart of the city. 🌳🏙️ We will definitely be returning in the future!
