Next came the Fried Sea Bass Skin (or perhaps you meant the whole fried sea bass—either way, it was impressive!). The sea bass was served in generous, meaty chunks, and if it was the whole fish, it was beautifully presented with crispy skin and tender, flaky flesh 🐟. The seasoning was spot-on, allowing the natural flavor of the fish to shine while adding a subtle umami kick. It’s a big—but refreshing—change from what used to be one of my favorite steakhouses, Edge Steakhouse.
