This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again—we weren’t disappointed! From the warm and knowledgeable staff to the thoughtful little touches throughout our stay, it truly felt like a home away from home. 🌟 Staff & Service The team here goes above and beyond. Friendly, professional, and always ready to help—whether at reception or in the dining room. A special shout-out to the housekeeping staff who kept our room spotless and made sure we never ran out of tea, coffee, or supplies! 🧹☕️ 🛏️ Rooms: Compact but Complete Yes, the room was cozy—but it had everything we needed: Safe 🔒 Hairdryer 💇♀️ Fridge ❄️ Tea & coffee facilities 🫖 And yes—it can be noisy, but hey, it’s London! 🤷♀️🎇 What do you expect? A little city buzz is all part of the experience. 🍽️ Dining Highlights Dinner: We ate in the hotel restaurant both nights—delicious food, generous portions, and very fairly priced! 🍴😋 Breakfast: An absolute triumph! A lovely spread of hot options, cold cuts, pastries, and continental favorites.
