Rooster Cafe Firenze A brunch restaurant that's explosively delicious💥 Every dish, every ingredient is impeccable and beyond reproach. I was truly amazed! Chicken and Waffles 🧇🍗 The fried chicken has a crispy, flaky exterior with tender meat that's cooked to perfection. It's topped with a whole fried egg, layers of cheese slices, and a generous dollop of avocado. There are two sauces—one seems to be honey, and the other is a tangy, spicy sauce. Both are delicious! Pancakes 🥞 The pancakes are soft, fluffy, and sweet, drizzled with honey or some other sweet sauce. There are even tiny sparkles in the sauce that shimmer! As someone who doesn't usually enjoy fruit, I found the fruit here to be really tasty (probably because of the sweetness—I don't like sour fruits). The addition of a dollop of smooth, creamy whipped cream just makes it all the more lovable. A Mystery But Delicious Platter 🥢 Delicious is the only word. It's so good that words fail me. The bacon is crispy, the eggs are smooth and tender, and the zucchini and mushrooms are divine. Even the sausages, flatbread, and the vegetables underneath are all so well done. How do they manage to make everything taste this good? The combination is just perfect!!!!! The staff at the café are also very nice and adorable. This is a place I dream about in the middle of the night wanting to eat again and will definitely visit countless times in the future.
