💗We had the pleasure of dining at Enocibus Al Pomo D'oro, a charming and intimate restaurant tucked away on a small street far from the main square. ✨Though its location is modest and easy to overlook, it is absolutely worth seeking out. Even on a weekday evening, the restaurant was fully occupied, so we highly recommend making a reservation in advance to avoid disappointment. 🌈The service was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. We tried classic dishes such as Pastissada de Caval (slow-braised horse meat) and Tortelli di Zucca (homemade pumpkin ravioli). 🥳The flavors were rich and layered, delivering an authentic taste of traditional home-style cooking from the Veneto region. 🧀What made the experience even more special was the chance to meet the lovely couple who now run the restaurant. 🍡They warmly chatted with us, sharing stories about the restaurant’s history and their dedication to using local ingredients.
